1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU consumer right of withdrawal. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must include all original tags and packaging.
  • Items must be returned with a proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Intimate apparel or hygienic items (e.g. undergarments) for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional but appreciated)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send your item back without prior authorization.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the proof of return postage.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs if applicable.
